KNEC PTE Examination Instructions and Timetable
The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released the timetable and instructions for the 2021 Primary Teacher Education (PTE) examination.
The time allocated for each papers is highlighted against the name of the paper and NO EXTRA TIME is going to be allowed.
In case of any deviations, the time given on the question paper must be taken as the correct time. Candidates who are visually impaired will NOT be granted any extra time other than the time allowed on their respective papers. Any time allocated to read through questions or study maps or any other activity is included within the total time shown except when special paper instructions indicate otherwise.
Supervisors and invigilators MUST ensure that candidates have written their names and index numbers in their answer scripts before they pick the scripts from the candidates during the examination period.
Trainers should also ensure that candidates are aware of the instructions given at the back and know the penalties in case of any irregularities or misconduct during the examination period.
