To place an order on the website you do not have to have an existing account with teacher.co.ke . By ordering online you will establish an account by providing the required information and using a credit card to place your order. To set up a “Bill me” account with David C. Your account information may be changed by emailing Info@teacher.co.ke or calling +254 (0)727539478 M-F, 7:00 – 5:00 Mountain Time (GMT-7), with your account number and we will be glad to review your account addresses with you.
We accept Mpesa, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or check by mail. When ordering online, we also accept American Express. You can also bill your organization if you have a current account. Call +254 (0)727539478 for more information.

Corrupted , Defective, or Missing Items
If your order is received corrupted, defective, missing items, or is not as you requested, please call our Team at +254 (0)727539478 prior to returning your items and we will do everything necessary to make it right.
Your Complete satisfaction is our number one goal. Any Item you are not satisfied with, if returned within 30 minutes of receipt and in resalable condition, will be issued a refund (cost of merchandise only). For time frames on curriculum returns, see “deadline to return curriculum” above.
- Repack the items securely
- Ship prepaid via post office or Courier service with Delivery Confirmation, FedEx Ground, or UPS. Please retain your tracking number. (No COD’s will be accepted)
- Videos, CDs, DVDs, or other media may only be returned for refunds if UNOPENED. If damaged, they may be returned only for replacement of the same item.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable
