1. Director, KSTVET Moiben Regional Campus

Posts: One (1)
Job Purpose: Responsible to the Principal/CEO for the direction, organization, administration, and programmes of the Moiben Campus, including day-to-day operations and strategic leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership in executing the school’s mandate at the campus level
- Implement operational plans, policies, and administrative structures
- Participate in budget preparation and ensure prudent financial management
- Foster ethical practices, good governance, and stakeholder engagement
- Oversee monitoring, evaluation, and continuous service improvement
2. Director, Academic and Student Affairs

Job Purpose: Responsible to the Principal/CEO for all academic and training matters and administration of academic support departments.

Eligibility Requirements for All Director Positions

Experience Requirements
- Cumulative work experience of fifteen (15) years in a relevant field
- At least three (3) years of experience at the grade of Deputy Director or a comparable senior management position
Educational Qualifications
For Positions 1-4 (Technical/Academic Directors):
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Agricultural, etc.), Computer Science/IT, Architecture, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Health Sciences, Business Management, Hospitality, Education, Social Sciences, or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution
- Master’s Degree in any of the above fields or Curriculum Development
For Position 5 (Corporate Services Director):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Commerce (Accounting/Finance), Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
- Master’s Degree in any of the above disciplines
Additional Mandatory Requirements (All Positions)
- Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable)
- Pedagogy qualification
- Registration as a trainer by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority (TVETA)
- Certificate in Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated high degree of professional competence, managerial and administrative capability
