How to Download KNEC KCPE Examination Results slip Online

In this article we provide the procedure on how to download the 2020/2021 KCPE results slips online for candidates.

Headteachers of schools shall collect the results from the sub-county education offices for the candidates to finally collect them in the education centers for candidates to collect them in the education centers. Headteachers can also collect the KCPE results from the link http://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/

The Procedure

1. Visit the KNEC portal via the link: http://www.knec-portal.ac.ke/
2. To login to the KNEC portal, enter the Username and Password you used when sitting for the KCPE 2020 registration.
3. After logging in, there are several boxes to enter data. Under the box named “FROM INDEX’ enter the index number of your first candidate. In the box named “TO INDEX NUMBER’ enter the last candidate’s index number.
4. Click on ‘VIEW REPORT’
5. The result slips will load. After loading, click on the menu labeled ‘EXPORT’.
6. The KCPE Result slips will be downloaded to your computer for offline viewing.
7. After this, you can then print the downloaded result slips
