Upon confirmation of your admission status, proceed to Kisii University portal: https://selfcare.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke/ to download your admission letter.

Follow these steps to download your Kisii University letter admission letter:

• Log in to Kisii University portal via https://selfcare.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke/
• Select ‘click to update profile’
• Enter Index number and click on validate
• You will then confirm your phone number or update if you now own a different phone number.
• Note down your university email displayed. You will be using it as your username.

After this, go back to the Kisii university self-care portal and then:

1. log in to Kisii University Selfcare portal using: https://selfcare.kisiiuniversity.ac.ke/
2. Click on the login tab on your right top
3. Enter your username (your university email address) and your index number of your 2019 KCSE as your password. Click on login
4. Request verification link.
5. Login to your university mail.
6. Enter your university email and click on the login
7. Verify the mail on your inbox.
8. Once verification of your email is complete, the site will be redirected to your self-care account.
9. Click on the download admission letter to download your letter.
