1,000 TSC Promotion Vacancies for Diploma Teachers 2021, Application Procedure

Teachers Service Commission, TSC, has today the 26^th of January 2021 advertised for 1000 teacher promotion vacancies for education diploma holders. Below are the available vacancy details and procedures on how to make the application.

TSC is inviting applications from interested candidates who meet the required qualifications to fill the available vacancies/positions detailed below in adherence to the TSC Teachers Career Progression Guidelines (CPG).

Details for the Available 1000 TSC Promotion Vacancies

The following are are the details of the advertised TSC promotion vacancies in January 2021.

1. Secondary Teacher I; TSC Scale 8; 492 Posts
2. Senior Master IV; TSC Scale 9; 363 Posts
3. Deputy Principal III; TSC Scale 11; 72 Posts
4. Senior Principal; TSC Scale 14; 15 Posts
5. Deputy Principal II; TSC Scale 12; 30 Posts
6. Senior Lecturer IV; TSC Scale 9; 28 Posts

Documents Required During the Application of the  1000 TSC 2021 Promotion Vacancies

Interested candidates are required to upload the following documents during the application process;

1. Certificate of Registration as a teacher:
2. Highest Academic Certificate.
3. Clearance Application from EACC:
4. Certificate of Good Conduct;
5. Clearance Certificate from a Credit Reference Bureau;
6. Clearance Certificate by Higher Education Loans Board;
7. Kenya Revenue Authority KRA Tax Compliance Certificate:

Application Procedure for the 1000 TSC 2021 Promotion Vacancies

Teachers and candidates with the required qualifications can send their applications online via the commission’s online website; TSC website— www.tsc.go.ke.

Those applying are advised to provide accurate information during the application procedure.

Giving false information relating to the applicant’s credentials and qualifications will lead to automatic disqualification.

Step by Step Application Procedure

To apply for the vacancies, use the following procedure;

1. Start by visiting the TSC online website using the application link below; and agree to comply with the instructions before proceeding.
2. From the website, on Vacancies Section, choose the position you are interested in, and click the “Apply” button;
3. Fill in the details, and complete each section and click the “Save” button, saving your entries before moving to the “Next” section.
4. After completion of your application, ensure you click the “Submit my Application” to complete your application.
5. You will be notified through SMS of each successful job application you submit.
6. You can monitor the status of your job application from the “My Applications” section.

Application Deadline for the 1000 TSC 2021 Promotion Vacancies

All the applications for the above TSC 2021 vacancies should be made on or before the 9^th of February 2021.

The commission shall NOT accept or consider any manual applications.
