Labour Court Issues Conservatory Orders

However, Stephen Radido, the Employment and Labour Relations Court Justice, issued conservatory orders to reinstate KNUT Secretary General Wilson Sossion Back to the Teachers Register. Justice Radido,s orders set aside the gazette notice, hence allowing Sossion to remain a teacher.

The Court’s order remain in place until the case filed by Sossion before the labour court to challenge his sacking is fully determined.

Through his lawyer, Sossion says, TSC’s move to deregister him as a teacher, increases his chances of losing his position as the KNUT Secretary-General.
