Upon confirmation of your admission status, proceed to Technical University of website http://www.tum.ac.ke/ to download you admission letter.
Follow these steps to download your Technical University of Mombasa letter admission letter:
- Visit the Technical University of Mombasa Admission website (www.tum.ac.ke) using a browser of your choice.
- On E-Resources section, click “E-registrar” link to open the login page on the university website. You can also find the E-Registrar link on the left side of the footer section on the home page.
- Use your KCSE index as your User ID (e.g. 12389765771/2019)
- Use your KCSE index number as your password (12389765771/2019)
- Select “Main Campus” in the “Login to” section.
- Click ‘sign in’.
- If the log in is successful, a new window will open with two options: the ‘My Program Applications’ and ‘Campus General Information’ if the login is successful.
- Click on ‘My Program Applications’ two options will open at the top of the window. Here you will see ‘My Details’, ‘My Academic Qualifications’ and ‘My Course applications’.
- Select ‘My course applications’ to view the program information.
- Select the check box to the left of the program name to choose the programme you have been admitted/selected to.
- To download the admission letter, select ‘letter’ button on the right side of the webpage. Your letter will be downloaded with the Filename: “Admission Letter_out.pdf’
